Creates a moisture vapor barrier on floors as a finish coat or under latex paint or as a primer prior to applying floor coverings. Reduces radon gas penetration. Protects against 98 mph wind driven rain on decorative vertical surfaces. First clear (non-pigmented), abrasion-resistant, high-gloss waterproof coating approved for floor and wall applications. Not intended for use with vehicle traffic. Covers 90-100 square feet per gallon. 2 hour dry time. 4 hour recoat time. Clear, high-gloss finish. Withstands 4 PSI.
